Sheriff Blanchard drove up the drive way to Granny's B&B , about fifthteen minutes ago she had recieve a phone call from Regina stating that Miss Swan had broke into Dr.Hopper's office trashed the place and took Henry's file.
Mary didn't believe it of course if that was the case. Why was it her and not Archie himself contacting the police. When Miss Mills informed her to keep her mouth shut and just do her job or she would get her fired for her lack of compentence. Mary sighed, she hated being a pawn.
The sheriff walked up the steps and into the B&B , Mary waved at Granny and asked which room was Emma staying in. She didn't want to bothering everyone in the hotel. When she got her information she need the brunette lightly jogged up the stairs and striaght to blond woman's room. Place her hands on her hips, she really didn't want to do this. Closing her eyes quickly she planted her elbow on the dark oak door, and started to pound with her fist .Emma Swan please open up I need to talk to you.

Emma went to Dr. Hopper some hours ago, just to ask him in a subtle way about how Henry and Daniel were doing. Now that she knew that he was having therapy sessions together with his brother sometimes, she wanted to know why they needed to go in therapy. Also the fact that Henry couldn’t stop talking about some fairytale nonsense didn’t gave her exactly a comfortable feeling about it. Not only it was annoying that someone kept telling her she was a saviour, also believing that everyone is a fairytale character was a bit upsetting. She wanted to know what was causing this behaviour of Henry’s fairytale obsession. Instead of telling it, Dr. Hopper gave her Henry’s files. Not that Daniel’s files weren’t important, but Henry seemed to have more ‘problems’ than Daniel.
Emma was laying on her bed in the B&B, flipping through Henry’s files. Most of the papers strewn everywhere. Until now she didn’t find anything important already, but there were still a lot of papers to be looked at. Maybe she could find something what would explain his obsession. ‘come on papers, tell me what is causing it’ she said to herself, there must be an explanation. Right at the moment she thought she had found the right paper someone knocked on her door. ‘you got to be kidding me, not now’ she let out a sigh and with a bit more effort like otherwise she walked towards the door. Looking at all the papers strewn around the bed area before she opened the door, just wide enough to only show the not covered with papers part of the room. To her surprise it was Mary Margaret. “Hey there” she gave her a small smile, hoping she would leave soon so she could continue reading. “Uhm, yeah sure, what do you want to talk about?”

Mary gave a small tight lipped smile,I come here to talk to you about the boys files. Do you mind if I come in?" The Sheriff could already see the papers thrown about on the bed, but she needed to get a closer look."How did you get the files Emma?"
Pulling her cuffs off of her belt, she latched them the silver metal rings.I've recieved a call today about someone breaking into Dr.Hopper office and stealing two patients files. Please tell me you didn't?" Mary asked a brows furrowing a little. She didnt't to arrest the woman, she could tell the blond cared for the two little boys, sighing Mary rubbed her eyes it was going to be one of those days where she wish she stayed in bed.

“Oh come on, you have to be kidding me. You really think I would break in into Dr. Hopper’s office? He gave them to me!” she rolled her eyes and let out a sigh before she pushed open the door completely so Mary Margaret could enter the room without her standing in the way. “Well I suppose these are the files you were looking for” Emma gestured to the pile of papers strewn everywhere around. ‘Okay Regina, if you want war, well then you can get it, cause you are messing with the wrong one here’ Emma needed to hold in her thoughts about Regina at the moment, knowing she was being set up by her. Emma saw Mary Margaret taking the handcuffs off her belt and frowned. “you know I’m being set up, right?” Emma already knew what was going to follow. Some cold and hard handcuffs around her wrists.

Mary couldn't answer Emma at the moment all the facts were pointing in the direction of being guilty.Emma this doesn't look good please see it from point of view. Closing her eyes she didn't want to do this Pease turn around Emma Swan you have the right to an attorney. after Mary read the blond her Miranda rights. He sheriff gather all the paper work upI know you didn't Emma but if I don't follow through and investigate this. I will loose my job, and I don't need a another reason for Regina to come gunning for me. Mary stated as she put the files under her arm, is there anything you need before we go? Your coat maybe

Emma turned herself around, putting her arms behind her back letting out a sigh again. ‘you don’t have to tell me those rights anymore’ she thought, this wasn’t exactly new to her, she knew them by hard because of the cop series she watched a lot back in Boston. “So, Regina is actually telling you to arrest me? That’s what you mean right? Even if I’m not guilty she wants you to arrest me?” she lift up one eyebrow, knowing she was right about that. Oh she was so going to let Regina pay for this. If she thought she would get rid of me now, well then you are thinking wrong madam Regina. The harder you try, the longer I will stay here. “Why do you let Regina leading all of this actually? You are the sheriff, you need to decide if someone is guilty or not, not her. And who cares if she takes your job away, there must be a lot of other jobs to do around here. Like working in…..” Emma looked quickly out of the window, hoping she would think about something that way by seeing a shop through it. “...a shop?” she said with an uncertain tone.
Emma didn’t know if there were a lot of jobs in this rather small town, but the fact stayed that Mary Margaret needed to decide for herself if she was guilty or not, and not Regina.

I do have to reads those to you it's part of the job. Mary sighed as she put the cuffs on Emma. She furrow her brows and frownedRegina not telling me...you know what just stop please. All I'm trying to do is my job Emma. Look at the evidence around here. You have files that you shouldn't have and I get a phone call stating someone broke into the Dr.Hopper office. Do I know this is set up on you yes, does it suck yes. Am I going to help you as much as possible.
Mary grabbed Emma's red jacket and walked her prisoner out of the B&B. watch your head please. she stated as she open the car door. Once they both were in the police car. The sheriff looked in her rear view mirror at. and for your info, I not letting her lead me any where. She could find her way out of a paper bag. I'm sorry Emma but I will loose everything here if I don't do my job. Please understand.

Emma grimaced a little bit when Mary Margaret put on the handcuffs around her wrists. It was surprising that this kind sheriff put them on rather firmly. “hey, ho easy on the handcuffs there. I still need to use my wrists later on” That way Emma hoped that Mary Margaret would loosen the cuffs a little bit.
Emma grinned a little bit when Mary Margaret told her to stop about it. The fact that she was telling her to stop meant that she knew that Emma was right about all this. Emma was getting lead outside granny’s B&B and into the sheriff’s car. “oh so you even have your own sheriff car around here” she looked around in the car, which was actually a very good replica of the old ones she saw a lot in those old cop series. “Okay, okay I understand. But if I were you I would have stand up already against her… but maybe that’s just me.” Emma really couldn’t understand that so many people seemed to be afraid from Regina. It was just someone who could bark a lot but that was it. And if there was one thing Emma was sure about was that Emma herself could bark a lot as well.

Mary still rolling her eyes at Emma early comment, Are your cuffs still tight? Because I don't believe they are very snug on you though. The Sheriff pulled out of the B&B drive way. Yes we do guess what else we have, wait for it ...a jail cell. she giggled and smiledSorry couldn't resist. Did she feel bad yes Mary didn't like to be anyones pawn, but it looked like that how this was going. Regina pretty much controlled what Mayor Gold didn't own. And between the two of them she would take Gold any day, at least he was nice to her. Mary looked in the rear view mirror once more,What do you suggest Emma? The last person to go against .... Mary couldn't remember the person to go against her. Furrowing her brows, there had to have been someone. Shaking her headHow about this I promise you will not be spending the night in jail ok. it was the best she could offer, she knew that power hungry witch was after her job.

Emma was surprised that Mary Margaret promised her to let her go before the night, so she wouldn’t need to spend the night in jail. For something she didn’t do. “uhm… thanks, that would be a good thing to happen” Emma gave Mary Margaret a grateful smile. Emma knew that this sheriff wasn’t a bad person, in fact she was actually a bit too nice to get the job of sheriff. It seemed like she didn’t dare to be “bad ass.” “Regina is a council member right? doesn’t that mean that there are also other people in that council who need to give their opinion about things before it they can happen? Like voting for things?” Emma thought that it was just ridiculous that it looked like Regina could just do what she wanted around here, and that was something Emma really wasn’t liking.
Emma looked out of the window of the car and saw that they were almost arrived at the sheriff’s station. Where a cool jail would be waiting for her. She sighed as she knew that Regina won the first round of their battle. But she wasn’t going to give up that easily.

Mary pursed her lips , she hated to this to Emma she seemed really nice. Sighing but Regina wanted to crush the outsider and quick. Driving up to the station Yes and no to that question. Yes there are other council members but they are terrified of her. The person in town who isn't scared of Regina would Mayor Gold. He is the one who helped me get the job in the first place. The sheriff gave her a tight lipped smiled.
In truth Mary never knew what Gold got out of her being the town Sheriff. She got out of the car, moved to the back and open the blond's doorWatch your head pushing down lightly on Emma's head. I've got to take your mug shot once we get in at least you hair looks good. Mary tried to joked at the situation, taking Emma by her forearm she lead her into the station.

Emma could tell from Mary Margaret’s answer about the other council members, that Regina must have a lot of political power to scare the crap out of anyone. She decided to stop talking about Regina, knowing it wouldn’t affect this moment on her being dragged into jail. “oh well that’s a relief then” Emma answered when Mary Margaret joked about her hair looking good and got helped out of the sheriff’s car. She let herself being lead to the sheriff’s station and enters it. The station looked very old fashioned inside, it was like she walked into an old cop movie.
There was a prehistoric and huge computer on a desk, still a lot of paperwork, that was spread all over the two desks. The jails looked exactly like she imagined the cells in Lucky Luke. Emma waited for Mary Margaret to take some pictures of her. She thought she would be brought into another high Tec room first to let her photos been taken, but then she saw Mary Margaret grabbing a very old camera. Such an old one that it’s still one where the photo immediately appears on a paper and rolls out of the camera. She hasn’t seen such one anymore in a lot of years. “Are you really going to take some mug shots with that thing?” she referred to the old camera. "Are you sure it isn't going to fall apart when you hit the button?"

Titling her head she looked at Emma perplexed, this one of the newer items in the station. Furrowing her brows she frowned a bit.Well I know it probably not the most high Tec camera. But it's the best I have in the station, now smile with your eyes. she took a couple pictures and then put the camera down on the desk.Okay lets start finger printing. that was the easy part just a little ink and some paper. Can I ask you question? Mary handed Emma a hand wipe for her inky finger tips. Looking her over , yes okay so Emma was the twins real mother, but that can't be the only reason for Regina to hate her so much. When nodded Mary pursed her lips trying to think of how to ask. She decided to throw caution to the wind. What did you do to make Regina so pissed off at you? Yes I understand real mother thing, but that can't just be it.

Emma first had to face the wall so they could take a picture from her back, then to the left and right and finally from her front. ‘oh god, also finger prints?’ Emma put her fingers one at the time into the ink while Mary Margaret showed her in which box she had to put the print of which finger. After she finished all the boxes, she took the hand wipe and started to rub the ink away. Which was actually quite hard, since the ink wasn’t really cooperating with it. ‘okay, nice, now I will be in jail with blue fingertips.’ “yes, you can ask something” Emma looked at her, and saw that she was insecure on asking her something. “go on, I’m not Regina, you can ask me” she gave her a friendly smile. While she was trying to wipe it off, Mary Margaret asked her the thing what Emma was questioning herself as well. What indeed was the thing that pissed off the council woman that much? The thing that Emma knew now, was that she herself was being pissed off now by the set-up from Regina. And that she was going to make her move back to her in some way.
“Maybe I pissed her off because I am staying in town and she wants me to leave as soon as possible?” Emma shrugged “or maybe because I dare to come up for myself in front of her? That could be a possibility as well” she smiled again at Mary Margaret. “How far would you think Regina would go to get me out of this town? And what does she have her hands in?” Emma tried to cross her arms, but that wasn’t possible because of the handcuffs she was still wearing, so then she just let her arms hang in front of her.

Mary took a few steps back to look around the corner , her brows perked and she held her up to get her stop . She needed to make sure they alone, It's probably a mix of both Emma, no has ever dared to stand up to her until you. Most people are amazed by you and some wonder if your glutton for punishment. she pulled her her out of her pocket, after noticing how uncomfortable the Blond was.Come here, Listen she doesn't like to loose. In fact now that arrested you Granny will kick you out because she has a no convict rule for her B&B. I live right next door, if Granny does your staying with me. Mary took the cuffs and put them back on her belt. She didn't know why she would let her stay with her it just felt right to ask plus it make Regina mad so yeah that was added points.Whether you know it yet or not Henry has been the happiest since well since I've known him. Those boys need you and you need them. Because family will always find one another.
